Product description:

Sweetened dried cranberries are prepared in accordance with good manufacturing practices by infusing whole cranberries in a sugar solution and subsequently drying the infused fruitsto a specified moisture content. The sweetened dried cranberries are visually inspected and metal sorted before packaging.

Color: Typical red color of cranberry.

Flavor: Typical of swetned dired cranberries.

Water Activity: 0.50-0.65

Moisture: 15-18%
