Potato Feeding Stuff Protein

 

  1. Description

Potato protein – is obtained from potato cell sap through thermal – acidity coagulation, separation and drying. The end product is a light brown, dry powder of typical potato protein flavour and of not more than 10% moistness. The characteristic feature of the product is high, over 80% content of general protein whereas digestible protein constitutes over 70 % of dry substance. Being high-value and easily digestible vegetable protein, the product is an essential constituent of feeding stuff mixtures for animals as well as a perfect substitute of animal protein.
